Improv has existed in SKULE under many different forms for decades, but the current iteration of the club was started in 2013. The initial purpose of the club was to provide a space for students to learn about and practice long form improv as an art form. Going forward our mission is now to make sure that apart from learning, students also have an outlet where they can get performing experience. If you want to be on stage, we will work to make sure we are able to do that for you.
Apart from all of that, we are also a close-knitted community that is very accepting. We hold occasional socials, mixers, and game nights throughout the year. There is no better place to make friends than through shared laughter. So just come out for a meetup or a show to see what we are all about.
